Planet Ford Dallas Employee Vehicle Savings Program
1. Program Overview
The Employee Vehicle Savings Program is an independent promotional offer provided by Planet Ford Dallas. Registered employees of participating employers receive a savings certificate that may be applied toward the purchase of a qualifying new or used vehicle at Planet Ford Dallas. The certificate discount is stackable with other available offers unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase.
2. Eligibility
Participation is open to active employees of employers enrolled in the program, subject to verification of employment and program status at the time of purchase. Each employee may register once. Duplicate registrations for the same individual are not eligible for multiple certificates. Program availability may vary by employer, and each employer program may carry its own start and expiration dates.
3. Certificate Terms
Certificates are issued electronically to the email address provided during registration and can be verified on this site at any time. Certificates are non-transferable, have no cash value, may not be sold or exchanged, and may not be combined with other employee pricing programs unless expressly permitted. Planet Ford Dallas may expire, cancel, or modify certificate offers at its sole discretion, provided such changes do not apply to certificates already redeemed in a completed purchase.
4. No Purchase Obligation
Registration does not obligate you to purchase a vehicle, and purchasing a vehicle is not required to register. Vehicle pricing, availability, financing, and taxes are determined solely by Planet Ford Dallas at the time of sale.
5. Program Independence
This program is an independent promotional offer from Planet Ford Dallas and is not sponsored, endorsed, administered, or operated by any participating employer unless expressly stated otherwise. Participation in the program does not create any employment or agency relationship with Planet Ford Dallas.
6. Limitation of Liability
Planet Ford Dallas is not responsible for lost, misdirected, or undelivered certificate emails, technical errors in the portal, or registrations submitted with inaccurate information. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Planet Ford Dallas's total liability arising from the program is limited to the certificate discount amount.
7. Changes to These Terms
Planet Ford Dallas may update these terms from time to time. The current version will always be posted on this page, and continued use of the program after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
