When you register for the Planet Ford Dallas Employee Vehicle Savings Program, we collect your first name, last name, email address, mobile phone number, employer, store number, and your preferred contact method. Your employee number is optional and not required. We do not collect Social Security numbers.
Your information is used to (1) generate and deliver your personalized employee savings certificate by email, (2) manage your discount lead with Planet Ford Dallas, (3) track the employer and store location that referred you, and (4) administer the savings program. If you provide optional marketing consent, we may also send you occasional vehicle offers; you may opt out at any time.
Your registration may be forwarded to the dealership's customer relationship management (CRM) system to assist your sales representative. We do not sell your personal information. We do not display your contact information publicly.
Customer records are stored in a secure database accessible only to authorized Planet Ford Dallas personnel. Public visitors cannot access private customer information. Integration credentials are stored in secure backend configuration.
